Returns Information


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 working days from the date of you receive your item(s).

  • Original boxes, accessories & manuals

    *All products marked as an Ex-Display are nonreturnable. 

    All returning goods and packaging must be in a re-sellable condition. Box(es) must be intact and free of dirt, paint, plaster, writing or any markings.

    Please do not attach any courier labels, other documents or anything but the minimum amount of clear tape needed to close the product box(es) as removing these will most likely cause irreversible damage to the packaging.

    Any item(s) that are returned to us damaged due to improper protective packaging, badly damaged packaging or any labels applied / writing on the box which cannot be easily removed may incur charges up to 25% of the item value.

    We recommend placing your item(s) into another box with sufficient packaging for added safety during the transportation process. We would also encourage you to ensure you courier company provides sufficient insurance cover should your item(s) be damaged or go missing in transit. The cost of return is your responsibility so please ensure you use a reputable couriuer company. Please be sure to include all internal packaging, instructions and fitting guides which are provide for each product. 


  • How do I return an item?

    From the date that you receive delivery of the item(s) in question, you have 14 working days to inform us of your wish to return the item(s)

    We will then send you an Authorised Return Note, at this point, you have a further 7 working days to return the item to us.

  • Your refund will be actioned once…

    We will refund will be actioned once the item(s) have been returned and inspected for resale. If an item is returned for repair, we must return it to the manufacturer and we will advise you of their turnaround time as these times may vary from brand to brand.
